Swimming
Welcome to the Lanier Swim Team!
Competitive swimming is a UIL sport; therefore, it is only open to 7th and 8th grade students.
Due to the limited space available, the roster will be limited to 50 total swimmers on the team (including both 7th and 8th grade boys and girls).
Players must complete their Aktivate (www.registermyathlete.com) profile before tryouts. Please see the main Athletics page for all the details.
There will be a swim interest meeting Thursday October 23rd in the Library from 5:00 - 5:45pm.
What to wear to try out:

Swimsuit:
Girls: a one-piece swimsuit that is not revealing (no strapless, no high cut, etc.)
Boys: mid-thigh suit (no short speedo suits).

Goggles: Competitive swim goggles
