We are thrilled to welcome our incoming 6th grade PUPS to the family! 🐾

We can’t wait to meet you and start this exciting new journey together.

Registration begins on June 9th; but scan the QR code below to book your registration time slot now.

Please bring the following required documents:
• Birth Certificate or Passport of your child
• End-of-Year 5th Grade Report Card
• Parent’s State-Issued ID or Passport
• Current Full Lease or Mortgage Statement
• Current Utility Bill (water, gas, or electric ONLY)
• Current Student Immunization/Shot Records
• 504 or SPED Documentation
